Malgorzata “Gosia” Rosinski, 43, of Califon, was being remembered as a devoted mother of three, according to her obituary on the William J. Leber Funeral Home website. Rosinski died on Feb. 12, at Hunterdon Medical Center.
A GoFundMe campaign launched by family friend Aneta Gnap has raised more than $36,000 as of press time, according to the fundraiser page.
Born in Jaslo, Poland, Rosinski grew up in Terka, Poland before settling in Califon, New Jersey, where she had lived for the past 15 years, according to her obit, and was known for her love of cooking and baking, especially her birthday cakes.
Rosinski was immensely proud of her Polish heritage but, most of all, loved being a mother. Her three sons were the center of her world, her obituary continues. In addition to her children, Sebastian, Oscar, and Damian, Rosinski is survived by her husband of 15 years, Janusz; her parents, Kazimierz and Grazyna Lorenc; four siblings: Dorota, Ryszard, Adam, and Elzbieta; and their families, according to William J. Leber Funeral Home.
